We received a request to
design of a clinic combination house from
Dr. Futaki who has own clinic "Futaki
Skin Care Clinic" in Higashikurume-city.
It is open site that faces on three sides
by roads and the neighbor in the west is
a wide farm. The plan changed to new plan
that rebuild the clinic and a house separately
after we repeated a meeting. We planed the
clinic space with a basic concept of "cleanliness,
bright, healing".

we explain concretely about the interior
perspective of a lounge and a consultation
room, image photographs and materials
to Dr. Futaki, and reflect his response
to the design.

After we repeated consideration, we
made a model of flat roof, 1/100 scale.
Now
we make arrangements many times with
Dr. Futaki.

In the case of a clinic combination
house, there is a scale limit when
we reorganize the request about residential
parts. So Dr. Futaki and we decided
to build only a clinic on this site.
We changed roof shape and made the
model which was reconsidered.

We made a model of 1/100 scale. Because
three side of the site faces roads,
each aspect becomes a face of this
clinic. Light blue colored models
are some buildings of a neighborhood.
We consider the balance of the interval
between the new clinic and the buildings
of a neighborhood.
Basic
design
18/Jun/04
Having passed through six times of meetings
and seven plans, basic design was almost
finished.
The first floor arranged a lounge and
a consultation room around a courtyard,
the second floor arranged a living room
and a bedroom. We designed it to get
moderate distance in a working place
and a residence.
